To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. By continuing, you acknowledge that all information you provide will be true to the best of your knowledge and that no one has instructed you to misrepresent any facts pertaining to this Account Agreement.

Identification Requirements:

When you open an account with Capital Metals Trading, you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you as required by law. This may include your driver’s license, passport, or other identifying documents. In the event that Capital Metals Trading cannot obtain proper identity verifying documentation, Capital Metals Trading will not accept any individual, joint, trust, partnership, or corporate account.
